Piebird
FOR HILTON
Hilton asked us to create a visually compelling brand identity and tone of voice for Piebird, an American restaurant and bar concept exclusive to DoubleTree. We developed a whimsical character, Birdie, inspired by the ceramic piebird, to bring personality and playfulness to the brand. The tone of voice is warm, authentic, and engaging — designed to evoke the feeling of gathering around the kitchen table with close friends and family.

The color palette, inspired by pie fillings and ingredients, centers around hero colors Brambleberry and Sugar, capturing the warmth and comfort of homemade baking.










We created a suite of hand-drawn illustrations which are used both individually and in patterns across OS&E to enrich the brand experience, highliting cooking implements and ingredients.
